CUGI Perugia 93

Cugini Perugia 93, a rising U12 girls travel team, is holding tryouts through June 22 at Baron Cameron Park, Reston, Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm for the Fall 2005 Season. Three scholarships available. AC Cugini, an Italian soccer school and club whose teams practice in Reston, recently became sanctioned by the Italian National Olympic Committee and the Italian Soccer Federation), marking the first time CONI and FIGC sanctioned a player development program outside Italy. The Perugia 93 are professionally trained and coached by Cugini President Fabio Diletti, a former semipro player in Italy and professional scout for many professional clubs in Italy, including professional Italian female teams. The Club is also affiliated with the London Gryphons, a new female franchise in the US Soccer's W-League. The team receives additional training from UEFA "A" licensed guest instructors from Italy twice annually. All team members are eligible to train in Italy in November and June as part of Cugini's Soccer in Italy program, for which Cugini won an award from the Italian National Olympic Committee.  TEAM WEBSITE:
