Returning teams must submit their application by logging into their most current ODSL Team Page and using the link provided in the Welcome Menu.

New teams can apply using this New Team Application Link 

As an alternative, the Club Rep can enter team applications from the Team Administration link after logging into their ODSL Club Page.
