WSC Capitol Hill FC

CAPITOL HILL FC is a Boys rising U-13 team in its 2nd season in the ODSL, Our coach and assistant coach both hold USSF ‘D’ licenses, and the team has participated in tournaments in Virginia and South Carolina. We are looking for several committed players as we expand to 11x11 as a U-13 team in Fall 2008. Our coaches emphasize skills development, teamwork and dedication to soccer, and were very gratified when the team was awarded a Randy Rawls Sportsmanship Award by ODSL in Fall 2007.Capitol Hill FC will hold tryouts on May 15^th & 20^th and June 10^th & 12^th 2008 (all tryouts @5:30-7:00 p.m.). Players born 8/1/1995 through 7/31/1996 are invited to try out. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MAY 11 (for May dates) or JUNE 6 (for June dates). All tryouts will take place at the U.S. Marine Barracks turf field, 7th Street & Virginia Avenue SE, Washington DC, just south of I-295. Tryouts are free. All players, parents, siblings, or other care providers must pre-register in order to be admitted to the field, as it is a military facility. Adults must bring an ID. Players should wear shin guards and bring water with them. SYC Fire

U13 Division 1 ODSL; SYC FIRE is looking for quality players who have the desire to impact a strongly developing team. The team is professionally coached, with a focus on developing players technically, as well as helping teach the tactical and mental side of the game. Practices are in Springfield, VA and we welcome players to practices for development, evaluation, and potential team placement. FIRE is a great group of players/families, who also support good sportsmanship and playing for the love of the game. VSA Heat Gold 94B

The VSA Heat 94 Gold U-13b travel soccer team is looking for committed soccer players, for all positions on the field for the Spring 2008 season. We are looking to enhance an already solid defensive team with a couple of field players who are interested in playing the forward and midfield positions and possibly goalkeeper. Our objective is to improve as players and as a team with hard work and dedication to the sport. Our Head coach has multiple years of coaching and playing experience and the team is trained by former DC United mid-fielder/defender Josh Gros. During the season, we practice 2-3 times per week at Long Park (turf field) in Haymarket and compete in 2-3 tournaments per year.
